3 Ingredient Chia Pudding You’re Going To Crave


Sometimes just a recipe without a lot of jibber jabber is all we need. Case in point ... this one right here. You’re going to LOVE it. Enjoy!


 

Chia Pudding


2 T Chia Seeds

1/2 c milk of choice - I used homemade oat milk

1-2 t sweetener - I used maple syrup


• Place all ingredients into a ramekin or a jar with a lid. Stir until mixed well. I stir the chia pudding again after about 20 minutes to break up clumps. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.


Servings: 1


Before serving, add your favorite fresh fruit such as mango.
